The “Marblehous” inside 60 Collister Street in Tribeca has undergone another price cut, Curbed reported. The ask is now $15.75 million — down from its initial $24.5 million ask.

As previously reported, the triplex is owned by film producer Stuart Parr. After being listed with the Corcoran Group in February 2009 for $24.5 million, the 9,079-square-foot condominium was taken offline; it returned to the market in April of that year. In September, the price went down to $21.5 million, then decreased again in March 2010 to $18.5 million.

The home has an interior pool, a red cedar sauna, a wine cellar and a 12-seat theater, according to the listing.

It was pulled from the market in August 2010, but hit the market again in March 2012 for $19.995 million. There was a price cut to $17.5 million before the most recent one.

Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes have the listing.

The home gets its name from the amount of Carrera marble that lines its interior. [Curbed]
