A Greenwich Village condominium that includes a water tower that has been converted into a cottage space has sold. Listed last month with a $3.6 million asking price, the purchase price of the home, located at 12 East 12th Street, has not yet been disclosed.

Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis at Prudential Douglas Elliman had the listing for the two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home. The loft space located inside the building has 12-foot ceilings and skylights. Exterior space measures 1,000 square feet, the listing says.
