Seven units in contract at 18 Gramercy Park

A total of seven units at 18 Gramercy Park are now in contract, Curbed reported, citing Streeteasy.com updates.

The in-contract listings are a mix of four- and five-bedroom units spanning from 4,207 to 6,329 square feet. One of them is the penthouse unit, which Leslie Alexander, the owner of the Houston Rockers, purchased for $42 million.

The $42 million is the cherry on top; the other units in contract hit Streeteasy between $14.8 million and $17.8 million. The $14.8 million unit has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and measures 4,207 square feet. The $17.8 million unit has the same bed, bath and square-footage count as the less expensive one.

Streeteasy also shows three active listings — the least expensive being a 4,207-square-foot four-bedroom for $14.7 million and the most expensive being a unit with the same counts for $18.75 million. [Curbed] — Zachary Kussin
