The 48th-floor home, located at 151 East 58th Street between Third and Lexington avenues, has two bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings, a library and a 350-square-foot dressing room. The home also offers views of Central Park, the East River and the George Washington Bridge, according to the listing.

Fischel joined the law school in 1984 and served as its dean from 1999 to 2001.
