Donald Trump’s so-called “bombshell” about Barack Obama is not the only news the real estate tycoon and publicity maestro is dropping today. The Trump Organization has unveiled Trump International Realty, a residential brokerage specializing in luxury sales and rentals, according to a press release.

Trump International opened its doors today with 20 agents spread across four Manhattan offices, including a storefront flagship at 108 Central Park South.

At the helm are Kathy Kaye, the senior vice president of sales at the Trump Organization, and Kevin Sneddon, senior vice president and managing director of the New York operations.

In the coming year, the brokerage plans to open a downtown Manhattan location, Crain’s reported, as well as additional offices in New York City. Trump International Realty also has offices in Chicago and Las Vegas.

Trump’s exclusive listings currently include a two-bedroom at the Hampshire House at 150 Central Park South listed at $8.5 million and a $75,000 rental at 240 Riverside Boulevard, Crain’s reported.

“We are very proud to announce the launch of Trump International Realty,” Ivanka Trump, the executive vice president of development and acquisitions, said in a statement. “As an organization we are consistently striving to exceed expectations and provide the best in class service.”

Trump is throwing a launch party tonight at Trump Tower at 725 Fifth Avenue, and The Real Deal will be there to document the festivities. We’ll be posting photos from the event tomorrow.
