Staffing firm Robert Half takes 38,000 sf at 125 Park

Specialized staffing services firm Robert Half International has signed a 38,026-square-foot deal at SL Green’s 125 Park Avenue at 42nd Street, the New York Observer reported. The lease will last for 11 years and accounts for parts of the third floor and the whole fourth floor.

Asking rents at the nearly 650,000-square-foot building span from $58 to $65 per square foot. Higher floors with views are on the upper end of the scale.

Steven Durels, director of leasing and real property at SL Green, told the Observer that the Robert Half lease brings the occupancy rate up to 83.6 percent, following a 30,679-square-foot lease with Emerge212, a shared office space provider.

“These two transactions cover a total of 68,705 square feet at 125 Park Avenue,” Durels said.
