After being sold at auction for $11 million in January, the Far West Side’s former H&H Bagel Factory has hit the leasing market, following extensive renovations, Murray Hill Properties, the property’s leasing agent, announced. The 25,000-square-foot prime commercial space, located at 639 West 46th Street and known simply as 639, now features new windows, an updated facade and modernized infrastructure.

This MHP team marketing the space for MFK Group includes senior executive Jesse Rubens and his colleagues James Tamborlane and Mark Toubin — the same team that leased the Far West Side’s 556 West 22nd Street last year to Hewlett-Packard.
