A 7,200-square-foot penthouse at Trump Park Avenue returned to the market today as a rental—with a whopping $95,000 per month asking price—after jumping on and off the rental and sales markets for the past two years, Streeteasy.com shows.

The full-floor condominium is among the top 10 priciest rentals on the market in the city, according to Streeteasy. (The most expensive is a $150,000 per month unit at the Waldorf Towers at 100 East 50th Street.) It’s listed with Michelle Griffith of Trump Sales & Leasing.

The spread at 502 Park Avenue has been available multiple times since 2010, both for sale and for rent. It first came on the market for $22.5 million in November 2010, listed with Douglas Elliman’s Michael Lorber and Vincent Santoro, Streeteasy shows. The owner later upped the price to $35 million in July 2011 before delisting it altogether last November. Griffith relisted the apartment this past April at the same price but it was pulled from the market soon after.

The apartment was also available as a rental until September 2011, first priced at $75,000 per month and later at $65,000 per month.

Neither Griffith nor Lorber immediately responded to a request for comment. It appears that the unit is still owned by the sponsor.

The seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home features a library, family room and maid’s room. The building has served as home to ad man Donny Deutsch and New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch.
