The residential brokerage Skygroup Realty has made a deal for 2,340 square feet at the New York Stock Exchange Building, the New York Observer reported. The seven year lease moves the firm from its previous location at 350 Broadway to the 26th floor at 30 Broad Street.

The space, which features double glass doors, hardwood floors, a glass-enclosed conference room and offices with river views and a bullpen area, leased for just above $30 per square foot, according to the Observer.

“My company is expanding, with an aim of doubling my agent team by summer 2013, and I wanted an elegant, sleek office that epitomizes my company’s image and work ethic,” Gabe Leibowitz, president at Skygroup, said.  “Thanks to Daniel Lolai of Murray Hill Properties I was able to find a beautifully-renovated office space.”

The landlord, Gotham Realty Holdings, was represented by JP Howard and Richard Doolittle of Murray Hill Properties in the transaction. [NYO]Christopher Cameron
