The Marketing Directors had handled sales and leasing at the development — which offers studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments — when the building first hit the market. Built in 2010 by The Iconic Group, the fully-leased building was sold a few months after its launch in April 2011 for a reported $57.5 million to Dallas-based investment house Invesco Real Estate.

There are currently 12 apartments at the building listed for rent, ranging in price from $2,538 per month to $4,740 per month, according to Streeteasy.com. –Hiten Samtani
