Jason Walker at Douglas Elliman has the week’s second most expensive listing, a condo penthouse located at 505 Greenwich Street near Spring Street. The asking price for the 2,534-square foot home is $6.2 million. The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 12-foot Ceilings And Private Terrace space.
The next priciest listing this week is for a Lincoln Square co-op located at 10 West 66th Street, which has a $2.5 million ask. Sandra Balan at the Corcoran Group has the listing for the 1,700-square-foot, two-bedroom home. Situated on the 31st floor, the home also has two bathrooms, a windowed eat-in kitchen and hard wood flooring throughout.
Kevin Cooper and Blair Robinson at Citi Habitats have the week’s least expensive home, which is located at 130 Lenox Avenue in Central Harlem. The asking price for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom property comes in at $305,000. The home has an alcove kitchen, according to the listing.
Head down to the Upper East Side, where the next cheapest listing has a $349,000 asking price. The renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op home is located at 317 East 73rd Street and features marble counter tops and new hardwood flooring, to name a couple of amenities.
