A four-story, 22-foot-wide townhouse located at 356 Sackett Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn has traded hands for just over $4 million, Brownstoner reported. And according to the site, this property back in the fall was the neighborhood’s most expensive listing.

Streeteasy.com does not have the listing data, but it appears that Jennifer Miller of the Corcoran Group was the listing broker. Brownstoner said the home was listed for $4.1 million and sold for $4.03 million. The home hit the market in mid-September, according to Curbed.

Now, according to Brownstoner, there are no listings in Carroll Gardens asking more than $3 million.

Public records show that the seller, listed as Jeremy Kilpatrick, purchased the townhouse in 2006 for just over $2 million. The buyer is listed as Christopher List.

The home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Corcoran listing says the home was fully renovated and includes 12-foot ceilings on the parlor level. [Brownstoner]Zachary Kussin
