Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Sabrina Saltiel of Douglas Elliman has the week’s priciest listing to hit the Manhattan market, according to Streeteasy.com. The full-floor listing, located at the Stanhope (995 Fifth Avenue), has an asking price of $32 million. According to the listing, the home is currently configured with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The cond-op home measures 8,360 square feet and features a mahogany-paneled study, a refrigerated “wine cave” and a laundry room with two washers and dryers.

Farther downtown in Tribeca, the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has a $28 million listing for a 56 Leonard Street penthouse, making it the week’s next priciest listing. The full-floor condominium home measures 6,400 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Other features include 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, 1,700 square feet of outdoor space, 360-degree exposures and Appalachian solid white oak flooring throughout.

The next priciest listing is located in the same building, 56 Leonard Street, and marketed by the same group, Corcoran Sunshine. This $24 million listing is another penthouse, which measures 5,252 square feet and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home, according to the listing, has a corner great room with three exposures, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows.

This week’s least expensive listing is a studio co-op unit located at 25 Tudor City Place near East 42nd Street. Elliot Adler at City Connections Realty has the listing with a $257,000 asking price.

Head uptown to Central Harlem for the week’s next cheapest listing, which is for a two-bedroom co-op located at 1901 Madison Avenue. Klara Madlin of the eponymous firm has the listing with a $258,000 asking price. Income restrictions apply.

Head even farther uptown to 70 Park Terrace East in Inwood, where Susanna Saarinen at Access Property Group has a co-op listing with a $259,000 asking price, making it the next cheapest listing. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom home measures 850 square feet. —Zachary Kussin
