Mary-Louise Parker and her Greenwich Village apartment

“Weeds” actress Mary-Louise Parker has re-listed her Greenwich Village apartment for the third time in a year, according to Streeteasy.com.

The Golden Globe winner has enlisted the help of Corcoran broker Laura Rozos to sell the pre-war Greenwich Village duplex co-op, with a listing price of $6.99 million. The property, at 32 Washington Square West, was previously listed with Edward Ferris of Brown Harris Stevens when it first came on the market for $7.25 million in March 2012. It was later taken off the market in August and relisted shortly after.

Rozos was not immediately available for comment on the listing which came online yesterday. A representative for Parker declined to comment on the actress’ reasons for selling the property. While it was not immediately clear when Parker purchased the apartment with former beau and fellow actor, William Gaither Crudup, she appears to have bought Crudup out of his interest in the apartment for $1.5 million in 2005, records show.

The 10-room, 3,000-square-foot pad has five large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and four exposures, according to the listing.

A recent feature in More magazine provides further details of the apartment, which is reportedly decorated in an “eclectic” and “whimsical” style. There is a mural of an underwater barbeque in the TV room, which features an octopus holding hot dogs, according to the story.

Parker’s run in “Weeds” ended last year with the wrapping up of the show. She has also starred in “Angels in America,” for which she won a Golden Globe, and “The West Wing.”
