John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens has the week’s most expensive listing to hit the Manhattan market, according to Streeteasy.com. Located at 720 Park Avenue, the home is a co-op penthouse with a $25 million asking price. There are three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, five terraces, a 21-foot dining room and 90 feet of frontage along Park Avenue. Rosario Candela designed the building, and the unit includes original Candela molding.

The next priciest listing this week is for a Beresford duplex co-op, which is located on the floor below the home of funny man Jerry Seinfeld, though not directly below, as The Real Deal reported this week. Carol Levy, an independent real estate broker, has the listing for the $24 million unit and is also its owner. The home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Special amenities include two terraces, two wood-burning fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings, a limestone staircase and a library with park and city views. The property is located at 211 Central Park West.

The week’s next priciest listing is for a condo unit at 150 Charles Street in the West Village; Douglas Elliman is handling sales at the project. The 3,395-square-foot home has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a $15 million asking price. The unit boasts more than 50 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows that face west, a library and home office, and radiant heat floors in the master bathroom.

The week’s cheapest home to hit the market is an East Harlem co-op located at 1777 Madison Avenue at 117th Street. Landis Farrington at Stafford Realty Group has the listing for the studio home with an asking price of $110,000. The home measures 400 square feet and has exposed brick walls, according to the listing.

Head up to 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George for the week’s next cheapest listing. This unit, which has a $170,000 asking price, is listed by Carl Ekroth of Douglas Elliman. The home is a renovated 500-square-foot studio co-op. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, according to the listing.

The next cheapest listing this week is for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo up in Inwood. The home is located at 571 Academy Street. Adrian Thompkins and Shebrelle Hunter Green of Halstead Property have the listing, which comes with a $210,000 asking price. —Zachary Kussin
