From the March issue: In this month’s roundup of New York City real estate history, The Real Deal looks back at a 1983 bipartisan proposal for retail rent-control from Republican Senator Frank Padavan, from Queens, and Democratic assembly member Jerrold Nadler, from Manhattan. REBNY weighed in and he bill was never voted into law.
