Sara Bronfman, the daughter of former Seagram chairman and billionaire philanthropist Edgar Bronfman, has listed her Trump International pad for $10.75 million, according to Streeteasy.com.

Bronfman, whose mother is her Canadian father’s second wife Rita Webb, bought the 1 Central Park West property for $6.46 million in 2006 and tried to sell it for $7.5 million in 2009 with the Corcoran Group as her broker. It is now being marketed by Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens.

Blackmon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The 2,165-square-foot apartment had been owned by Gregory Olsen, a scientist who became the third private citizen to go to space in 2005. It has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as custom conveniences such as a built-in sound system.

Bronfman has followed her father’s example in philanthropy. She and her sister, Claire, head a non-profit organization called the Ethical Humanitarian Foundation and she has been involved in efforts to provide aid to Libya.

anyone know why exactly she’s moving? just curious, really. there’s been so much hype about this building i’d figure no one would ever want to leave. i’ve read very solid descriptions of it. one in particular here: http://newconstructionmanhattan.com/buildings/trump-international and it sounds like a place people would just up and leave. but… everyone is different.
