I was at this event and seen all the biggest NYC developers and players – including Steve Ross, Moe Moinian and Mike Shvo. Shvo arrived in a large limousine filled with other men – there had to be 40 men inside of his limo. It was a large Hummer limousine.

I also seen him come into the event and order 6 bottles of Grey Goose, 3 bottles of Veuve Champaine and a handle of Bacardi Rum. He was a generaoes guest who offered drinks to all who would drink them. I watched him tip the waider $900 in cash, to.

This was one of the best real estate industry events I have been to at The Gansevoort – which is a trendy scene located in the Meatpackin district.

Cindy you are an illiterate moron. None of those three men were there. And for the record, no clubs, bars, restaurants…etc in the meatpacking (or anywhere in NYC for that matter) would sell a HANDLE of alcohol.
