Leonard Stern lists Soho penthouse

Billionaire real estate developer Leonard Stern has put his Soho penthouse on the market for $17.25 million, Curbed reported.

Deborah Grubman and David Dubin of the Corcoran Group have the listing for the 4-bedroom co-op at 459 West Broadway. The penthouse features 18-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace that reaches to the ceiling, a stainless-and-marble Open Kitchen And A Terrace with an enclosed sun room.

Stern, who built the Tribeca Grand and Soho Grand hotels and of New York University’s Stern School of Business, purchased the pad for $14.25 million from recruiter Joseph Goldsmith. Goldsmith was asking $16.5 million. [Curbed] –Hayley Kaplan
