“That ’70s Show” creators list Park Belvedere pad

The husband-and-wife writing team credited with creating the sitcoms “3rd Rock from the Sun” and “That ’70s Show” has listed their apartment at the Park Belvedere for $3.75 million, StreetEasy shows.

Bonnie and Terry Turner listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at 101 West 79th Street earlier today with Joanne Douglas of the Corcoran Group, who did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The renovated apartment includes lava stone counter tops, an en suite marble bathtub and unobstructed Central Park views.

The Turners started out writing for films such as “Wayne’s World” with Mike Myers and “Funland” with Bruce Mahler. The duo then became regular writers for “Saturday Night Live,” where they worked from 1986 to 1993. They were part of the writing team that won an Emmy for “SNL” in 1989, along with writing colleagues Myers and Conan O’Brien.

Afterwards, the Turners created and penned the sci-fi comedy series “3rd Rock from the Sun,” with John Lithgow, which ran from 1996 to 2001. “That ’70s Show,” with Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher was also created by the Turners and aired from 1998 to 2006. In addition, the team has also written screenplays for films including “The Brady Bunch Movie” and “Coneheads.”

The couple purchased the Upper West Side apartment in 2000 for $1.61 million, city records show. The 34-story, 165-unit Park Belvedere was built in 1984 and is located on the corner of Columbus Avenue and 79th Street, across the street from the Museum of Natural History.
