Douglas Elliman broker and star of “Million Dollar Listing New York” Fredrik Eklund is listing his 144 West 27th Street pad for $3.25 million, the New York Post reported.

Eklund bought the 2,400-square-foot fixer-upper condominium in November for $1.65 million as a surprise for his then-fiancé and now-husband Derek Kaplan. The couple moved into the apartment – which boasts oversized windows, a chef’s kitchen and Eric Cohler-designed interiors — with their dogs after renovations.

MLDNY kicked off its second season last night, with Keller Williams NYC’s Luis D. Ortiz replacing Michael Lorber, as The Real Deal reported. [NYP, 2nd item]Hiten Samtani
