Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Tamir Shemesh of the Corcoran Group has the week’s priciest single-family listing, a cond-op at the Stanhope at 995 Fifth Avenue at East 81st Street on the Upper East Side, according to StreetEasy. Listed for $15 million, this half-floor, 4,357-square-foot home has three bedrooms — with potential for a fourth — five bathrooms and a powder room. The home has views of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park, according to the listing.

A condominium penthouse located at 257 West 17th Street in Chelsea is the week’s next priciest listing. Toni Haber of Douglas Elliman has the listing for the home, which has a $12.5 million ask. The home has roughly 5,000 interior square feet, about 1,250 exterior square feet, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half bathrooms. There are also two kitchens, two wood-burning fireplaces, two terrace spaces flanking the family room and the potential to make a second master bedroom suite.

Head back to the Upper East Side for the week’s next priciest listing, which is located at 953 Fifth Avenue between 76th and 77th streets. Here, Jed Garfield and Matthew Pravda have the listing for a duplex co-op home, which has four bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms.

The week’s least expensive listing is located at 860 West 181st Street in Hudson Heights. Yardena Natan of Rachel Realty has the listing for this home with a $245,000 ask. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op has a windowed bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with pre-war details, the listing says.

Jason Haber and Rebecca Brookscher of Rubicon Property have the week’s next cheapest listing, which is located at 48 West 138th Street in Central Harlem. The 470-square-foot, one-bedroom home is located in a new condo conversion, where each unit boasts exposed brick, stainless steel kitchens and rainforest showerheads in the shower stalls. The asking price is $276,450.

A co-op home at 3115 Broadway in Morningside Heights is the next cheapest listing this week. Assad Masri of Douglas Elliman has the listing for this one-bedroom co-op, which the listing details as a blank slate, with a $289,000 asking price. The 650-square-foot property has custom crown molding details, according to the listing. —Zachary Kussin
