Horizon Imports renews Garment District headquarters on 33rd

Horizon Imports has renewed its headquarters at 10 West 33rd Street, also known as the Fashion Accessories Center, the New York Observer reported. Horizon has been located at the Garment District building since 1996. It will remain in a 6,021-square-foot space on the sixth floor.

Landlord Ten West Thirty Third Associates and Horizon were both represented by Adams & Co. principal David Levy.

Adams Co. and Levy have been busy lately in Midtown, brokering 18,877 square feet of commercial space. They renewed David Geller Associates’ 5,336-square-foot space at 1071 Avenue of the Americas in another Midtown exclusive.

Ten West 33rd Street and 1071 Avenue of the Americas are each near capacity: 97.4 percent and 91.67 percent occupied, respectively. [NYO] –TRD
