The Colonnade Group is seeking to convert a Tribeca building at 174 Duane Street into condominiums, according to Department of Buildings records provided to The Real Deal by BuzzBuzzHome.
The proposed 3-unit residential conversion would add one story to the four-story building, which currently houses art gallery Mondo Cane. Andre Kikoski – who has designed projects such as 1280 Fifth Avenue and Long Island City’s Z Hotel — is the architect of record.
Colonnade – which is run by Greg Altshuler and Stefano Farsura — has developed more than 1,000 apartments in New York and Miami with a market value exceeding $550 million, according to the company’s website. The firm is also behind the Spring Studios at 50 Varick Street. – Hiten Samtani
