Tech firms face office leasing challenges

From the June issue: In March, the three-year-old information analysis company DataDog signed a lease for 6,500 square feet at 286 Fifth Avenue, just north of the Flatiron District.

The space — with a 4,500-square-foot floor plate, as well as exclusive access to a roof deck and to a 2,000-square-foot penthouse — was the sort of airy, open office space that tech firms crave. [more]
