It’s a new day and a fresh start for The 58 Walker Street penthouse, which has hit the market again seeking $2.4 million more than its last ask two years ago, Curbed reported. The Tribeca home, listed by Sharon Held and Alexandra Moore of the Corcoran Group, now seeks $5.3 million.

The 2,115-square-foot duplex condominium was most recently on the market with Douglas Elliman for almost one full year, according to StreetEasy. But in early May 2011, the home was pulled off the market asking $2.9 million — a dip from the $3.7 million high.

The home has 16-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and exposed brick in the living room, the listing says. There are also two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. [Curbed]Zachary Kussin
