Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Lois and Harry Nasser at Sotheby’s International Realty have the priciest single-family listing to hit the Manhattan market this week, according to StreetEasy. The property has an asking price of $50 million. Located at 990 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side, this penthouse triplex co-op home has its own elevator, an irrigated terrace and five fireplaces. These amenities come in addition to the five bathrooms, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms at the home.

The next priciest listing is also for a penthouse, but located at 150 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill. This condominium home, for which developer Macklowe Properties is handling sales in-house, has a $15.5 million ask. There are four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms inside the 3,662-square-foot unit. There’s also a 2,522-square-foot terrace space, 10-foot ceilings and oak flooring.

Head across town to the Upper West Side to see the week’s next priciest listing, which comes as a combination opportunity. This $15 million co-op, located at the Beresford at 211 Central Park West, is listed by Lorraine Dauber of Stribling & Associates. There are six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home also has two wood-burning fireplaces, over 5,000 square feet and Central Park views.

Johnathan Agrelius and Paul Macapagal of Town Residential have one of two homes priced at $245,000 — the week’s cheapest asking price. The home, at 246 East 90th Street, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op. It has an updated kitchen and bathroom, and a 12-foot ceiling in the living room, according to the listing.

At the same building, Yael Avi David and Aliza Gatan of Manhattan Flats have a listing for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home.

The next cheapest listing comes with a $250,000 ask. Armando Ramirez at MNS has the listing for the home, which is located at 2159 First Avenue in East Harlem. It’s a co-op unit, and it comes with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The home has hardwood flooring. Income restrictions apply.

Donna Bradbury of Citi Habitats has the listing for the next cheapest home this week. Located in Yorkville, at 509 East 88th Street, this studio co-op unit has a $265,000 price tag. The home has been renovated, the listing says. —Zachary Kussin
