Chelsea Park, a 204-unit rental building at 260 West 26th Street, is now fully leased after only 10 weeks on the market, The Real Deal has learned.

The Heller Organization and Triumph Property Group handled the leasing at the property, a ground-up construction developed by Artimus Construction and Park-It Management.

The 12-story doorman building contains a mix of units — studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with home offices and two-bedrooms. A one-bedroom apartment rented for $3,920 per month, according to StreetEasy. A two-bedroom went for for $7,200, StreetEasy shows.

The leasing team declined to disclose square footage details for the units, but said there are 50 layouts inside.

Leasing began in mid-March, construction began 18 months before that and move-ins started on April 1, said Heller Organization President Adam Heller.

Units boast white oak hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances and dark walnut wood grain cabinets. Two-bedroom units have Bosh washers and dryers.

The building has 73 terraces and balconies, a private members-only tenants lounge, a furnished rooftop deck with outdoor showers and a barbeque area, a fitness center and yoga room. There’s also a double-height lobby with a fireplace, a children’s playroom and a dog-washing station. –Zachary Kussin
