Return Path picks up penthouse at Cohen’s 3 Park Ave.

Return Path, a digital analytics company, has signed a 23,280-square-foot lease for the entire 41st floor penthouse at Charles Cohen’s 3 Park Avenue, the New York Observer reported.

Asking rent for the space, which includes 14 corner offices, was in the mid-$60s per square foot.

“This deal clearly demonstrates the strong attraction of prime top-floor office space,” Cohen said in a prepared statement. “The views, amenities and access to transit at 3 Park Avenue are second to none.”

Ira Rovitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant in the 11-year lease, while Bruce Mosler, Charles Borrock and David Glassman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord with Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers. Horowitz did not immediately return the Observer’s request for comment.

Cohen Brothers’ Manhattan portfolio also includes 623 Fifth Avenue, 750 Lexington AvenueAnd 475 Park Avenue South.
