Rockrose Development has signed upscale grocery store Food Cellar to a 12,500-square-foot space on the ground floor of its 42-story tower Linc LIC in Long Island City, Brownstoner reported.

This marks the second neighborhood location for Food Cellar, which will also occupy part of the basement of the 709-unit building at 43-10 Crescent Street. Asking rent for the space was $40 per square foot. The store is slated to open next summer.
