#10: 247 Central Park West
This five-bedroom, eight-bathroom townhouse at 247 Central Park West in the Upper West Side is asking $75,000 a month. It features a glass and steel staircase, pool and gym. The Vannessa Kaufman team and Stan Ponte, both of Sotheby's International Realty, first listed it in June 2012 for $110,000, StreetEasy shows. After the two price chops, the townhouse came back on the market in May.
