Pepsi licenser moving to larger Union Square digs

The Joester Loria Group is moving one block south from its current location to a larger space at 30 Irving Place, the New York Observer reported.

The brand licensing agency will be moving into a full-floor suite at the 12-story building at East 16th Street. Once moved in, the firm will occupy 8,500 square feet on the 10th floor. The firm currently occupies part of the third floor of 860 Broadway, at East 17th Street.

Joester Loria expects to move into the new office in February 2014.

Although rents for Joester Loria’s office were not disclosed in the Observer article, a spokesman for Hanlder told The Real Deal that the asking rent was $46 per square foot.

Peter Newman and Diana Siegel of Handler represented the tenant in the transaction. Meanwhile, brokers Jeffrey Smith, Adam Smith, Rebecca Stein and Melissa Smith represented landlord Samco Management in-house.
