Douglas Elliman President and CEO Dottie Herman stopped by Bloomberg News to reflect on the 6.5 increase month-over-month in annualized existing home sales — a number not seen since August 2010. According to Herman, pent-up demand is boosting sales and lifting interest rates, signalling that home sales will only continue to increase.
