ATCO’s 630 Third Ave. adds IT consulting firm

Kraft & Kennedy, a business and technology consulting firm, has signed a 15-year lease for 10,224 square feet at ATCO Properties’ 630 Third Avenue, between East 40th and East 41st streets.

ATCO, which owns and manages the 23-story building, is expanding the space for the firm. The 14th floor, where Kraft & Kennedy will arrive by December, has windows on all sides and a 4,000-square-foot wraparound terrace.

The firm is moving its headquarters from 360 Lexington Avenue, one block away, the New York Observer reported. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokers Arthur Draznin and Hunter Berman represented ATCO, while Patrick Heeg of Jones Lang LaSalle and Amy Sykes of the Pyne Companies Limited represented the tenant.

Other tenants in the building include law firm Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy, the Private Label Manufacturers Association and financial public relations giant Sard Verbinnen & Company.
