Disney exec’s designer wife checks out $23M Schumacher loft

Stacey Bendet Eisner, Alice + Olivia designer and wife of Disney executive Michael Eisner’s son, Eric, reportedly checked out a $23 million penthouse at 36 Bleecker Street.

Also known as the Schumacher condominium building, the digs boast four bedrooms, 13-foot ceilings, a terrace and an outdoor shower. Views of the Ken Smith-designed MoMA courtyard garden are also a perk, along with a 16-foot-ceilinged master bedroom.

The property is listed by “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.

The building, which traded for $45 million last year and has since been converted from a seven-story building to 20 loft condos, has eleven properties currently in contract. Among the big names to have nabbed units are Aby Rosen and art dealer Alberto Mugrabi. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
