Sanjay Motwani, president and portfolio manager of Singabore-based Sansar Capital Management, one of the largest investors in post-war Iraq, has picked up Bruce Willis’ Former Trump Place condominium for $11.5 million.

The 220 Riverside Boulevard digs, sold to Motwani by Joseph and Maria Luciana, who originally listed the apartment for $11.65 million, was marketed by Rutenberg Realty’s Kristen Magnani. When the couple bought the combination apartment back in 2010 and 2011, they paid a combined total of just under $6 million.
