Tahl Propp Equities, one of Harlem’s biggest residential developers, hosted an exhibition to pay homage to Martin Luther King, Jr., and the 50th anniversary of the historic March on Washington.
The exhibition, hosted in partnership with the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce at 1900 Lexington Avenue, showcased paintings of King from various parts of the country photographed by National Humanities Award recipient Camilo Jose Vergara.
“It’s just an incredibly important event that demonstrates the tremendous importance of Dr. King’s legacy in helping make our country a more just, more equal, and a better place,” Joseph Tahl, the co-founder of Tahl Propp.
