The NYPD’s investigators charged Intrator Wednesday with criminal possession of a forged instrument, DNAinfo reported. Edelweiss, where Intrator had allegedly been struggling to make a living, did not respond to the website’s requests for comment.

“Brazen tactics like these show what the good actors are up against,” Shari Hyman, the commissioner of the Business Integrity Commission, told DNAinfo. [DNAinfo]Hiten Samtani
