Two neighboring homes that offer four acres of property along Southampton’s Gin Lane are asking a cool $44.85 million.
One sliver of the pricey beachfront strip, a 1.5-acre property at 436 Gin Lane that was once part of the Henry Ford estate, boasts 142 feet of oceanfront land, plus a three-story, eight-bedroom home and a three-bedroom carriage house. The asking price is $24.95 million.
The former Ford estate’s neighbor at 450 Gin Lane is asking $19.9 million for 265 feet of beachfront property, more than two acres of land and a modest house that has a demolition permit in place.
Though the owners did not list the properties together, the homes both recently hit the market, Curbed reported.
The neighboring parcels, bordered by the ocean on one side and Old Town Pond on the other, are both listed by Tim Davis at the Corcoran Group. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
