John Madden sells co-op at the Dakota for $3.9M

NFL coach John Madden has unloaded his co-op at the Dakota.

The property at 1 West 72nd Street originally asked $4.9 million, later dropping to $4.4 million and finally going for $3.9 million.

The property in the iconic building boasted two bedrooms, original moldings, two fireplaces and original window shutters.
