G4 Development Group’s Saint Anne’s Court, a mini-condominium conversion in Harlem, is over 50 percent sold. The six-story, 88-unit project located at 48-54 West 138th Street is being marketed by Bohemia Realty Group and Rubicon Property and is aimed at first-time homebuyers, as The Real Deal first reported.

The development offers 44 studios and 44 one-bedrooms measuring 500 square feet or less, and pricing for units still available ranges from $149,067 to $326,545, according to BuzzBuzzHome.

Amenities in the building include a virtual doorman and planted backyard.

The developer bought the site for $8.3 million in August 2012. G4’s Jason Behfarin told The Real Deal at the time that it was an “opportune” time to convert the building because of a lack of this type of product in the area and a newfound demand for it. [BuzzBuzzHome]Hiten Samtani
