The Durst Organization’s 1,776-foot skyscraper at One World Trade Center is one of the industry’s most high-profile development projects, and a building that every New Yorker can instantly recognize – one would think. But last week, New Yorker Alexandra Haynes came across this charming exchange on Seventh Avenue between a couple, which she then shared with the New York Times.
