One Brooklyn Bridge Park’s sprawling retail space up for lease

A 50,000-square-foot retail space at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, the condominium behemoth on the Brooklyn waterfront, is hitting the leasing market.

CPEX, which told The Real Deal exclusively about the listing, has been tapped to handle marketing for the space, located at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights.

The building has 438 condo units atop a 70,000-square-foot commercial space on the ground floor, most of which is now available.

In recent months, a number of national retailers have inked leases nearby in Brooklyn — including clothing stores J. Crew, Splendid and Urban Outfitters — joining chains such as Barneys and Trader Joe’s.
