Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio had the week’s priciest listing with a $24 million townhouse at 9 East 94th Street in Carnegie Hill. The 7,250-square-foot home was built in 1892 and designed by the architectural team of Cleverdon and Putzel. Featuring high ceilings, Bosch, Viking and Liebherr appliances, a curved staircase and eat-in kitchen, the home also boasts new electrical service and plumbing throughout.

Tied for second place this week were a $23 million penthouse condominium at 200 11th Avenue in West Chelsea and a six-bedroom prewar co-op at 730 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill. Ryan Serhant of Nestseekers International and “Million Dollar Listing New York” fame has the former, which boasts a Bruce Wayne-esque “sky garage,” Cumaru Brazilian teak flooring, a white stone soaking tub and a disappearing, glass-encased staircase that joins the lower and upper levels. Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty has the 730 Park listing – a renovated home featuring six large bedrooms with en suite baths and wood burning fireplaces in the living room and library.

Coming in third on the pricey end this week was a five-bedroom, 14-room co-op duplex at 88 Central Park West asking $21.5 million. This Lincoln Square home, listed by Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens, boasts 11-foot ceilings, 21 closets, nearly 100 feet of frontage on Central Park and a spiral staircase with double-height ceilings and two stained-glass windows leading to the upper level.
