LuAnn de Lesseps, a star on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” has listed her Bridgehampton home for $9.995 million.

The two-story, 6,500-square-foot farmhouse has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. It boasts a master suite with a fireplace and a dining patio that can seat 24 guests.

The home lies on a 2.2-acre plot with a heated pool and a tennis court.

“It feels like Idaho,” de Lesseps told the Wall Street Journal. “There’s a wide open feeling.”

De Lesseps, known as “the Countess” on the hit television show, bought the land for roughly $500,000 in the mid-1990s, and then spent about $1.4 million to build the home and another $2 million to renovate it in 2005, she told the newspaper. Brown Harris Stevens’ Christopher Burnside has the listing, and told the Journal that two plots of land on the same street recently sold for $7 million each. [WSJ, 3rd item]  – Hiten Samtani
