Top Warburg broker jumps to Brown Harris Stevens

Former Warburg Realty broker Amanda Brainerd has joined Brown Harris Stevens, a spokesperson for her new firm told The Real Deal exclusively. Last year, she was ranked as one of Warburg’s top producers at its 969 Madison Avenue office.

Brainerd, who will be based out of Brown Harris Stevens’ Park Avenue office, has sold almost $500 million in residential property since she began working in real estate in 2001.

“Ranked among the top brokers in New York City, Amanda has produced more than $40 million in sales every year and has helped more than 300 clients buy or invest in a new home or property,” said Hall Willkie, president of Brown Harris Stevens, in a statement. “We are delighted she has joined our team.”

Brainerd came to real estate after working as an architect for 10 years. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University. — Julie Strickland
