Technology services company Pixafy has inked a 10-year lease for the entire 37th floor of SL Green Realty’s 810 Seventh Avenue.

The firm, which relocated from 475 Park Avenue South earlier this month, will have a 17,320-square-foot spread in the 41-story building, between West 52nd and West 53rd streets. The move marks Pixafy’s third relocation since it was founded in 2010.

“The space is beautiful and a big reason we jumped on the space when we did was it was in 100-percent move-in condition,” Uri Foox, president of Pixafy, told the New York Observer.

Lawrence Swiger and Jeremy Bier represented SL Green in-house, along with Tara Stacom, Mikael Nahmias, Peter Alden, Barry Zeller and Whitten Morris of Cushman & Wakefield. Michael Joseph of Colliers International represented the tenant. The brokers did not immediately respond to the Observer’s requests for comment.

SL Green bought the 701,000-square-foot property for more than $518 million when it took over Reckson in 2007. Current tenants include AT&T Wireless and Ion Media, while Pixafy is taking the space formerly occupied by hedge fund Diamondback Advisors, which closed last year. [NYO]Julie Strickland
