Bluerock Real Estate’s the Charles, a condominium building stocked with only full-floor, four-bedroom residences on the Upper East Side, hit the market today.

The building, located at 1355 First Avenue between East 72nd and East 73rd streets, has properties ranging in price from $5.82 million for a 3,637-square-foot third-floor unit to a $10.26 million, 3,600-square-foot home on the 27th floor.

Ismael Leyva designed the property, while London-based David Collins Studio swanked out the interiors.

The units feature ceilings ranging from 9.5 to 10.7 feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors with radiant heating, eat-in kitchens and marble bathrooms with waterfall-surround Kohler bathtubs.

To (literally) top it all off, the duplex penthouse, tucked in the building’s glass tower, sprawls across 3,598 square feet of space, features four bedrooms, four baths, a private elevator and separate entrance. The Terrace takes up 791 square feet and is topped by yet another terrace above, measuring roughly 553 square feet.
