An employee of Executive Offices New York City, a Midtown-based executive suite firm, has accused her former boss of forcing her to bare her breasts and watch him urinate. Ex-receptionist Sherina Thomas filed a sexual harassment lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court, claiming honcho David Shavolian fondled her breasts and declared “they were not firm enough.”
Thomas began working for Shavolian in May 2012, the New York Daily News reported, but things were sketchy right from the start. Indeed, when Shavolian interviewed her for the job, he asked her, “Do you shave or wax?” according to the lawsuit. He later asked her to perform oral sex in exchange for cash, she claimed in the suit.
She finally quit in May, according to the Daily News. Thomas and her lawyer declined to comment to the newspaper, as did Shavolian.
In August, Shavolian signed a 15-year deal to take about 35,000 square feet of office space at 469 Seventh Avenue and then invested about $1.3 million into upgrading the space, as The Real Deal reported. [NYDN] – Hiten Samtani
