Christie Brinkley sells Hamptons pad for $10M

Supermodel Christie Brinkley sold her bayfront home in the Southampton village of North Haven to the president of Midtown East financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald for $10 million, sources told Curbed.

The 2.6-acre property at 6 Fahys Road has access to a private beach. As a condition of the sale, buyer Stuart Hersch and wife Marni had to vow that they would not hire architect Peter Cook – Brinkley’s ex-husband – nor let him buy it, Curbed reported.
